“Your Access To This Website And Utilization Of The Services Indicates Your Acceptance Of The Following Terms Of Service And Your Agreement To The Terms And Conditions (“Terms Of Service”) Presented Herein. You And Youtez Agree That This Constitutes A Binding Legal Contract. If You Disagree With Any Part Of These Terms, Refrain From Using The Services. Non-Compliance With These Terms Of Service Will Lead To The Revocation Of Your Access To The Services.”
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to regularly review these terms for any changes. Your continued use of the Services following the posting of changes to these Terms of Service signifies your acceptance of the revised terms.
Users of the Service acknowledge that the Service may include communications from Youtez, such as service announcements, administrative messages, and survey invitations, and that these communications are deemed part of Youtez’s free registration and paid subscriptions. Any new features that supplement or enhance the current Service will be subject to these Terms of Use.
While Youtez endeavors to ensure result accuracy, continuously refines their algorithms, and returns precise results for the majority of tool queries submitted, Youtez does not have control over YouTube or third-party data sources and therefore cannot guarantee absolute accuracy with every result.
As a prerequisite for use, you agree not to utilize the Service for any activity that is illegal or forbidden by these Terms of Service, or for any other purpose not reasonably intended by Youtez.
– You will not employ Youtez to conduct unlawful, deceptive, malevolent, or discriminatory acts.
– You will not undertake any action that could hinder, overload, or disrupt the proper functioning of Youtez.
– You will not gather user content or information, or access Youtez, using automated means (such as bots, robots, spiders, or scrapers) without our consent.
– You will not disseminate viruses or other harmful files with malicious intent.
– You will not request login details or access an account belonging to someone else.
– You will not post content that legally pertains to another individual or entity.
– You will not promote or incite any breaches of this Statement.
Given that Youtez users submit their authentic names and details, here are commitments you make to us regarding the registration and security of your account:
– You will not submit any false personal data on Youtez or create an account for anyone other than yourself without authorization.
– If we deactivate your account, you will not establish another one without our consent.
– You will maintain the accuracy and currency of your contact information.
– You will not divulge your password or engage in actions that might compromise the security of your account.
– You will not transfer your account (including any page or application you manage) to anyone without our explicit written consent.
A valid credit card is necessary for both paying accounts and trial accounts. Some plans may offer a Free Trial as advertised. Following the trial period, if not cancelled, the credit card will be billed with the selected plan’s price.
The Services are charged in advance on a monthly basis for monthly plans. We will issue a refund for an invoice if a request is made to our support team within 7 days following the payment. A refund request will be processed concurrently with an account cancellation.
There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or for months unutilized with an active account. To ensure fairness, no exceptions will be made.
For any plan level change, either upgrade or downgrade, the credit card you provided will automatically be charged the new rate on your next billing cycle.
Downgrading your Service may result in the loss of content, features, or capacity of your account. Youtez disclaims any liability for such loss. Service prices may change, but existing plans will be honored unless stated otherwise. Youtez will not be accountable to you or any third party for any alterations, price changes, or the suspension or discontinuation of the Site or Services.
Your entitlement to use Youtez ceases at the end of our contractual term and sooner if you breach these Terms of Service in your use of Youtez. We retain the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of Youtez, should you infringe these Terms of Service, with or without prior notice.
You are solely accountable for properly cancelling your account. A request to cancel your account via email or phone is not deemed a cancellation. You can terminate your account at any time using the cancellation link in the “Account” section within the Youtez application.
We may discontinue or alter any service or feature provided at https://youtez.com at any time.
We promptly address notices of alleged copyright infringement and terminate users or account holders who are deemed “repeat infringers.” In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, we respond to claims of copyright infringement that comply with the stipulations of IND 1957 Copyright Act.
Except in regions where such clauses are restricted, under no circumstances will Youtez be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if Youtez has been informed of the possibility of such damages), resulting from: (i) the use or the inability to use the Service; (ii) the cost of acquiring substitute goods and services stemming from your inability to access or obtain any goods, data, information, or services through or from the Service; (iii) unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data; (iv) statements or conduct of any third party on the service; or (v) any content posted on the Website or transmitted to Registrants or Members; or (vi) any inaccurate or outdated content generated by the tools or published in the guides or blog, or Website; or (vii) any other matter related to the Service. Notwithstanding any contrary provision, Youtez’s liability to you for any cause whatsoever, and regardless of the form of the action, will always be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to Youtez in the twelve (12) months prior to the claimed injury or damage.
These Terms of Use will persist in full effect while you use the Service and/or are a Member. You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason. Youtez may end your membership at any time. All decisions regarding account terminations are at the sole discretion of Youtez. Youtez is not obliged, and may be prohibited, from revealing the reason for the termination of your account. Even after your membership or subscription ends, this Agreement remains valid. Youtez reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
